消息面上，清明假期三天，海昌海洋公园在全国布局的多个公园迎接春日大客流。上海海昌海洋公园清明假期累计客流7.1万人次，公园配套的度假酒店和奥特曼主题酒店连续三天满房，80%是亲子客群，房单价同比提升10%。郑州海昌海洋公园清明假期游客接待量同比增长近20%，外地游客占比超75%。
值得注意的是，海昌海洋公园去年11月份宣布，与一家产业基金订立无法律约束力的示意性条款清单，该基金计划认购海昌海洋公园发行的1亿美元可转换债券。这一潜在融资事项不仅将为公司带来资金，用于一般性公司资本开支和流动资金，还可能导致该基金成为公司的主要股东，并引入新的董事和高级管理层，建立重大战略合作关系，涉及公司目前及未来的业务。
