上证报中国证券网讯 4月15日晚间，申万宏源发布公告，公司旗下子公司申万宏源证券有限公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行的公司债券（第一期）（品种一）已完成兑付兑息并摘牌。

据悉，该期债券于2023年4月14日发行，规模达8亿元，票面利率2.85%，期限2年，债券简称“23申证01”。按照《申万宏源证券有限公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券（第一期）募集说明书》的相关约定，2025年4月14日为本期债券的兑付日与摘牌日。目前，申万宏源证券已顺利完成本期债券的本息兑付工作，并进行摘牌处理。（姜靖）
