智通财经APP讯，恩华药业(002262.SZ)公告，公司的全资子公司上海枢境生物科技有限公司(简称“上海枢境”)于近日收到澳大利亚人类研究伦理委员会签发的批准NH280105胶囊开展I期临床试验的临床试验伦理许可，并已向澳大利亚药品管理局(TGA)进行临床试验备案。按照澳大利亚药品注册相关法律法规，上海枢境于近日开展对该产品进行相关临床试验，并完成首例受试者入组和给药。
NH280105是一种口服高选择性 Lp-PLA₂ 抑制剂，拟用于阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease)的治疗。Lp-PLA₂ 是一种与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)相关的酶，在促进心脑血管和神经组织炎症方面发挥关键作用。NH280105 通过抑制 Lp-PLA₂ ，可有效减少炎症反应并修复血脑屏障(BBB)的生理功能，降低 Aβ 斑块等病理生物标志物的沉积，从而改善患者的认知功能。其独特的作用机制使其有望成为阿尔茨海默病治疗的新选择。
