随着价格压力显示出减弱迹象，决策者试图评估美国新关税政策对全球经济的影响，新加坡金管局进一步放松货币政策。

　　新加坡金管局周一发布声明，新元升值速度将略有下降，汇率区间的宽度及中点不会发生变化。新加坡以汇率而非利率作为主要政策工具。

　　“金管局将密切关注全球和国内经济形势发展，并对通胀和经济增长面临的风险保持警惕，”声明称。

　　接受媒体调查的所有14位经济学家均预计，新加坡金管局将降低汇率区间的斜率。新加坡金管局在今年1月自2020年以来首次放松了货币政策。

　　新加坡还将2025年经济增长预测从之前的1-3%下调至0-2%。周一公布的数据显示，第一季度经济同比增长3.8%，预期为增长4.5%。

　　“外部环境仍然不确定，”金管局表示。“新加坡经济前景存在下行风险，主要源于金融市场的动荡和海外最终需求降幅大于预期。”

　　政策决定发布后，新元小幅走高。
