4月14日，东方证券（600958/03958）发布公告，2025年第一季度业绩快报显示，公司实现营业总收入53.82亿元，同比增长49.04%；营业利润17.15亿元，同比增长97.81%；利润总额17.51亿元，同比增长77.41%。归母净利润为14.36亿元，同比增长62.08%。归母净利润的增长主要得益于证券自营业务和财富管理业务收入的增加。

截至2025年一季度末，公司总资产为4134.59亿元，较上年末减少1.02%；归属于上市公司股东的所有者权益为826.53亿元，较上年末增加1.54%。此外，基本每股收益为0.16元，同比增长60.00%；加权平均净资产收益率为1.79%，较上年同期增加0.68个百分点。
