中关村科技租赁签署4800万元融资租赁协议II
中关村科技租赁（01601）发布公告，2025年4月16日，作为出租人与承租人签订了融资租赁协议II。
根据该协议，出租人将购买承租人自有的租赁资产II，转让价款为4800万元，并将租赁资产II租回给承租人，租赁期为36个月，预计总租赁款项为5165万元，其中融资租赁本金为4800万元，融资租赁利息收入（含增值税）约为365万元。
在过去12个月内，还与承租人签订了融资租赁协议I，转让价款为3000万元，租赁期同样为36个月，预计总租赁款项约为3288万元，包括融资租赁本金3000万元及融资租赁利息收入（含增值税）约为288万元。根据上市规则第14.22条，由于这两项融资租赁协议在12个月内进行，合并计算后，融资租赁协议II构成了公司须予披露的交易，需遵守相关通知及公告规定。
