4月16日消息，近日，有媒体报道，腾讯游戏在2024年底或与华为已经达成抽成协议，在华为应用市场（AppGallery）对腾讯游戏应用内购买收入的抽成比例降至10-20%。据《华为应用市场联运服务协议》，华为应用市场对中国大陆“游戏应用内购买的内容及服务”的抽成比例为50%。这意味着，用户凡是通过华为应用商店下载游戏应用之后，每在游戏里花费10元钱，就应有5元归属于华为。但条款毕竟是理论上的规定，如果游戏开发商足够有强大的用户数量，也能掌握更多的话语权。

此前，在2021年1月1日，华为应用商店曾全线下架腾讯游戏。华为公告称，因“腾讯单方面就合作条款做出重大变更”，双方未能达成一致。次日，双方重新谈判，腾讯游戏恢复上架，但具体分成条款未向外界公开。但二者合作并非一帆风顺，在2024年7月，有媒体报道称，在华为应用市场和华为游戏中心，无论是排行榜还是首页，腾讯游戏的推荐位都大幅降低。当时有知情人曝料称，腾讯希望在当年8月与华为重新签约时，获得对自己更有利的抽成条款。

此外，据网传截图，在2024年12月上旬，华为应用商店与腾讯游戏之间存在分成比例等分歧，双方有利益博弈，这使得华为新版应用商店里腾讯游戏的身影减少。值得注意的是，腾讯游戏与华为之间渊源，可回溯至2020年3月7日，当时，腾讯游戏与华为签署战略合作备忘录，共同宣布成立联合创新实验室，联合构建GameMatrix移动云游戏平台，并在游戏引擎、前沿技术（AI/VR/AR）等游戏领域进行技术探索和创新实践。
