天伦燃气发布2024年度报告 派息率首次提升至33%
本报讯 （记者陈潇）4月17日，天伦燃气控股有限公司（以下简称“天伦燃气”）发布2024年年报。管理层近期宣告建议派发末期股息，2024年度对应核心利润派息率首次提升至33%，在包含中期股息在内的两次派息累计派发每股人民币14.58分。
天伦燃气在全国拥有70个城市燃气项目，为580余万户城乡居民、5.2万家工商企业提供燃气服务，覆盖人口约2000万人，累计敷设运营中高压输气管道9507公里。
天伦燃气兼顾长远发展的同时，注重股东回报，持续回馈投资者。据了解，根据天伦燃气最新业绩指引，2025年全年对应核心利润派息率将提升至35%。
截至4月17日，天伦燃气收盘价报2.39港元/股，对应市值23亿港元，对应的PB估值仅有0.37倍，显著低于公司历史平均PB估值1.9倍及行业平均估值。
