智通财经APP讯，龙辉国际控股(01007)发布公告，于2025年4月16日，调查委员会委任独立第三方公司上海欧柯盟会计师事务所有限公司(外部顾问)担任外部顾问，以协助调查委员会调查及汇报该等指控涉及的各种事宜和事件，以及集团的内部控制缺陷(如有)等其他相关事宜(调查)，并就调查发现向调查委员会呈交报告。
根据上市规则第13.46(2)条，公司须于其财政年度结束后不多于4个月内(即于2025年4月30日或之前)，向股东寄发截至2024年12月31日止年度的年报(2024年年报)。由于2024年年报延迟刊发，预期2024年年报很可能会延迟寄发。
