格隆汇4月17日丨瑞港建设(06816.HK)公告，于2025年4月17日，瑞丰商贸（公司间接全资附属公司）与深圳德孚订立产品购销框架协议，据此，瑞丰商贸同意在进行其贸易业务过程中，向深圳德孚采购品牌消费电子产品。产品购销框架协议项下于2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日（包括首尾两日）止的年度上限为人民币9,300,000元。
