据悉，补足卖方是一家根据英属维京群岛法律注册成立的有限责任公司。于本公告日期，补足卖方于581,104,935股股份中拥有权益，占公司现有已发行股本约56.10%，并是以FY Family Trust为受益人的控股工具，执行董事严建亚先生的配偶范代娣博士为委托人及受益人。
