信铭生命科技(00474.HK) 公布，集团作为借款人分别于2018年3月9日及2021年5月28日与一间保险公司及一个投资基金，就部分贷款融资订立两份融资协议，该等贷款融资以集团位于英国伦敦一处自置物业作抵押。截至目前，融资协议项下的合共未偿还金额为约7,900万英镑。
集团未能于融资协议到期日、即2025年4月14日前全数偿还未偿还金额，已收到由保险公司贷款人的代理人发出的权利保留函，以及由投资基金贷款人的代理所发出的要求函。
信铭生命科技表示，目前正寻求法律意见，以期以适当方式解决上述事项，亦正与其财务顾问及潜在融资者商讨，以取得资金偿还未偿还金额。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
