信铭生命科技（00474）发布公告，于2018年3月9日及2021年5月28日，集团（作为借款人）分别与（其中包括）一间保险公司及一个投资基金（作为贷款人）就部分贷款融资订立两份融资协议。该等贷款融资以（其中包括）集团位于55 Mark Lane， London EC3R 7NE， the United Kingdom的自置物业作抵押。于本公告日期，融资协议项下的合共未偿还金额约为7900万英镑。
根据融资协议，集团须于到期日（即2025年4月14日）全数偿还未偿还金额，而集团未能于到期日偿还。集团已收到日期均为2025年4月15日由保险公司贷款人之代理人发出之权利保留函以及由投资基金贷款人之代理发出之要求函。
