新浪科技讯 4月20日晚间消息，针对“南航拉黑去哪儿网”一事，新浪科技拨打了南航客服电话咨询相关情况。南航人工客服回应称，“去哪儿网近期出现部分办理违规操作，存在损害旅客权益的风险，所以暂停了他们的销售资格。”

　　被问及去哪儿网违规操作的具体细节时，该客服回应称，“暂时没办法查看到详细信息。”针对后续是否会恢复去哪儿网资格，客服称“暂时没有接到通知”。

　　对此消息，新浪科技问询了去哪儿网官方，截至发稿，对方暂无回应。对于南航暂停去哪儿网机票销售资格的具体原因追问，去哪儿网客服未予正面回应，仅称“反馈的相关问题已经做好记录。”（闫妍）
