China Oceanwide Holdings (HKG:0715) will be delisted from the Hong Kong bourse on April 24.
Trading in the shares of the real estate firm has been suspended since Sept. 25, 2023, according to a late Thursday disclosure.
The company, currently in liquidation, was unable to fulfill the trading resumption guidelines by the March 2025 deadline.
