　　中国秦发（00866.HK）2024年度业绩说明会：秦发集团与浙江能源国际有限公司就印尼SDE煤矿项目达成战略合作，项目前期投入20多亿人民币，实现100亿市场价值。2024年11月在香港举行交割仪式，标志着国企与民企协同发展新模式。印尼SDE煤矿位于南加里曼丹省，总面积185平方千米，设计产能2000万吨/年，一矿已投产，二矿预计2025年投产。项目克服技术难题，成为印尼首个高标准井工煤矿，2025年第一季度产量超国内煤矿总和，预计2026年产能提升超一倍。集团寻求优质煤矿并购，已收购印尼三个煤矿70%股份，未来将继续聚焦印尼市场，提升产能和精细化管理，优化财务结构，巩固东南亚煤炭市场优势。
