智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，4月17日，GBA集团(00261)股东将股票由尊嘉证券国际转入宏智证券，转仓市值2288.01万港元，占比26.2%。
据公司发布的截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，集团期内取得收入5704.9万港元，同比减少27.22%；公司拥有人应占亏损5578.1万港元，同比收窄43.32%；基本每股亏损5.7港仙。
4月1日，GBA集团(作为买方)、詹嘉淳("卖方")与丰曜资本有限公司("目标公司")(统称"订约方"，各自为一名"订约方")订立买卖协议，据此，公司同意收购，而卖方同意出售销售股份(即卖方直至完成为止于目标公司的全部股权)，代价约为150万港元。
