Shore Bancshares Names Charles Cullum Chief Financial Officer

Shore Bancshares has appointed Charles Cullum as the bank holding company's new executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 21.

The Easton, Md., company on Thursday said Cullum was previously chief financial officer of Sandy Spring Bancorp, which was recently acquired by Atlantic Union Bankshares.

Shore said Todd Capitani, who in December announced plans to retire as finance chief, will remain with the company through Aug. 15 to assist with the transition.
