总行层面，交行深圳分行副行长杨立文，任总行零售信贷业务部总经理。曾任交通银行广东省分行信息科技部总经理，2020年11月16日，杨立文交通银行深圳分行副行长的任职资格获核准。

分行层面，原青岛市分行行长董莹，任江苏省分行行长，其曾任交通银行山东省分行副行长，2020年12月23日，其交通银行青岛分行行长的任职资格获核准。

其他一级分行行长最新人事调整如下：

原零售信贷业务部总经理周曦，任青岛市分行行长；

总行公司机构业务部数字化应用高级经理刘以宁，拟任福建省分行副行长；

天津市分行副行长刘林科，拟任北京分行资深专家。

另，4月15日交通银行西藏分行行长赵剑的任职资格获核准。
