智通财经APP获悉，经纬天地(02477)再跌超11%，该股昨日收跌逾7%。截至发稿，跌11.14%，报7.74港元，成交额1873.22万港元。
消息面上，经纬天地此前公告，其中一名控股股东经纬天地集团向寿健及主要股东恒峰国际，分别出售4500万股及1亿股，相当于公司股本4.5%及10%；每股作价6港元，较4月15日收报折让36.31%。完成后，经纬天地集团于公司持股将由31.1%降至16.6%，不再为控股股东，仍视作主要股东；恒峰国际持股将由19.9%增至29.9%，成为公司单一最大股东。
据此前公告，恒峰国际从事投资控股，唯一董事及控股股东为浙江恒峰国际创始人及行政总裁钱峰雷，恒峰国际其他股东亦包括银泰集团创始人及董事长沈国军、新浪集团董事长及CEO曹国伟、阿里巴巴合伙人及前蚂蚁金服行政总裁胡晓明、美图前董事长及执行董事蔡文胜、洪泰基金创始人盛希泰、小赢科技创始人唐越等。
