4月17日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局日前发布关于中国民生银行股份有限公司发行资本工具的批复，同意该行发行1500亿元人民币的资本工具。民生银行可在批准额度内，自主决定具体工具品种、发行时间、批次和规模，并于2026年6月9日前完成发行。
