智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人广西中马投控分布式能源有限公司于2025年4月17日订立融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人同意以代价人民币6.8亿元向承租人购买租赁物，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为144个月。
租赁物为位于中国广西省钦州市钦南区的发电设备。租赁物的评估值合计约为人民币8.09亿元。承租人不单独核算租赁物的税前及税后利润。
融资租赁合同乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立融资租赁合同有益于增加公司融资租赁业务收入，符合公司业务发展策略。
