美国私募股权巨头阿波罗全球管理公司（Apollo Global Management）周四宣布，任命加里·科恩（Gary Cohn）为董事会首席独立董事，任命首席执行官马可·罗万（Marc Rowan）为董事会主席，两人均接替杰伊·克莱顿（Jay Clayton）。

　　这家总部位于纽约的资产管理公司表示，自2021年3月以来一直担任董事长和首席独立董事的克莱顿将于4月22日担任纽约南区临时联邦检察官。他将于4月21日正式从公司董事会辞职。

　　IBM副董事长、前美国国家经济委员会（National Economic Council）主任科恩将担任首席独立董事。科恩此前在高盛（Goldman Sachs）工作了26年，担任了10年总裁兼首席运营官。

　　罗万将于4月21日正式接任董事长职位。
