智通财经APP讯，文业集团(01802)发布公告，认购协议项下的先决条件已达成及认购人已于2025年4月17日完成认购事项。根据认购协议，合共2.376亿股认购股份(占公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股本约28.6%)已获认购人按认购价每股认购股份0.055港元认购。认购股份的总面值为23760港元。
