国银金租签6.8亿元融资租赁合同，租赁期144个月
国银金租（01606）发布公告，宣布与承租人广西中马投控分布式能源有限公司于2025年4月17日签订了一项融资租赁合同。
根据该合同，公司作为出租人同意以6.8亿元的代价购买租赁物，并将其出租给承租人，租赁期为144个月。该交易的最高适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露的交易。
租赁物为位于中国广西省钦州市钦南区的发电设备，评估值合计约为8.09亿元。租金为含增值税的租金，租赁本金与转让价款金额一致，总计6.8亿元，租赁利息在租赁期内总额约为2亿元。承租人需按季向出租人支付租赁本金和租赁利息。合同条款经过公平磋商，符合公司及股东的整体利益，旨在增加公司的融资租赁业务收入。
