本报讯（记者 杨天悦）霸王茶姬顺利在纳斯达克上市了。北京时间17日晚9点半，公司一线员工代表、加盟商伙伴和投资人伙伴共同敲钟，中国茶饮第一股正式登陆纳斯达克。根据发行价28美元测算，此次IPO募资规模为4.11亿美元。

　　17日晚11点43分，第一笔交易产生，开盘价为33.75美元，涨幅20.54%。盘中最高升至41.8美元，日内最高涨幅达到49.29%，收于32.44美元。截至昨天凌晨收盘，公司IPO首日涨近15.86%。

　　敲钟现场，霸王茶姬CFO黄鸿飞表示，上市不仅代表着公司开始面向更广阔的投资者市场，也代表朝着公司愿景更进一步。据其介绍，公司股票代码CHA，更是世界范围内至少30多种语言中“茶”的发音。

　　霸王茶姬是2017年创立于云南昆明的中国茶饮品牌，今年3月6日，中国证监会国际合作司披露了《关于Chagee Holdings Limited（茶姬控股有限公司）境外发行上市备案通知书》，该公司成为中国证监会启动境外上市备案制度以来，第89家通过备案的拟赴美上市的企业。
