谷歌前CEO：美国在科技领域就是胡搞
快科技4月20日消息，据媒体报道，谷歌前CEO埃里克·施密特（Eric Schmidt）警告称，美国政府的政策正对美国的科技创新造成严重损害，甚至可能导致美国在与中国的科技竞争中处于劣势。
他认为，政府削减科研经费、威胁冻结高校资金以及无故剥夺留学生签证等行为是“错误地攻击科学”。
施密特在“人工智能+生物技术峰会”上表示，美国在科学创新上的领先地位依赖于政府、高校和资本之间的三方合作模式，而如今的政策正在打破这种长期形成的平衡。
施密特称，“我们所面对的是正在为此投入万亿美元的中国，而我们却在胡搞，不给那些本该发明我们未来的人提供经费。”
施密特指出，这种全面攻击美国科学的行为“过于愚蠢”，最终会损害美国的科技创新能力。
他还提到，一些原本在美国工作的科技人才因为科研环境恶化而计划离开美国，许多美国大学也因担心政府削减经费而处于“冻结招聘”状态。
