　　中船防务 2024年业绩大幅增长，实现营业收入194.02亿元，同比增长20.17%。净利润3.77亿元，同比增长684.86%，主要得益于船舶行业景气度提升以及公司深化精益管理。报告期末，公司资产总额535.96亿元，同比增长5.37%，负债总额324.26亿元，同比增长3.74%。公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.70元（含税），现金分红总额1.16亿元，占净利润的30.72%。截至2024年12月31日，前十大股东中，中国船舶工业集团有限公司持股34.05%，HKSCC NOMINEES LIMITED持股41.74%。
