据知情人士透露，美国总统特朗普正在更换他三天前刚刚任命的美国国税局（IRS）代理局长，该税务机构高层的动荡仍在继续。

　　美国财政部副部长Michael Faulkender将执掌美国国税局，成为今年以来第五位担任该职位的人。

　　他将接替Gary Shapley，后者是美国国税局前刑事调查员，曾批评政府对Hunter Biden的调查。Shapley此前就在美国财政部工作，于本周二调任美国国税局最高职位。一份由特朗普签署的备忘录任命了他担任该职位。包括艾奥瓦州共和党参议员Chuck Grassley在内的共和党人对Shapley的任命表示欢迎。

　　Shapley接替了美国国税局前高管Melanie Krause，Krause接替了长期担任美国国税局官员的Douglas O‘Donnell，O’Donnell则接替了Danny Werfel，Werfel是由拜登提名的国税局局长，在总统特朗普的就职日辞职。其中一位知情人士称，Shapley预计将继续担任美国国税局刑事调查部门的高级官员。

　　特朗普此前曾提名密苏里州前共和党国会议员Billy Long来执掌该机构。参议院财政委员会尚未安排他的确认听证会，民主党人则批评Long与推广可疑税收抵免的公司有关联。
