智通财经APP讯，大业股份(603278.SH)发布公告，公司于2025年4月17日召开第五届董事会第十三次会议，审议通过了《关于拟签署〈诸城大业200MW风电项目EPC总承包合同〉的议案》，同意公司全资子公司山东大业新能源有限公司拟与上海睿景能源科技有限公司(以下简称“上海睿景”)签署《诸城大业200MW风电项目EPC总承包合同》，经双方协商一致，公司委托上海睿景承担诸城大业200MW风电项目的总承包及相关服务工作。该合同工期总日历天数为268天，合同价格为人民币11.6亿元。
风能是清洁的、可再生的能源，开发风能符合国家环保、节能政策。风电项目的开发建设可有效减少常规能源尤其是煤炭资源的消耗，保护生态环境。上述项目符合国家产业结构调整与发展方向，符合公司长期发展战略，对于节能减排、改善能源结构以及可持续发展具有积极意义，具有良好的社会效益和经济效益，项目是可行的。
