消息面上，据公司2024年财报显示，报告期内公司技术储备稳步增长，技术水平持续提升。2024年公司在AI病理辅助诊断领域取得突破性进展，累计完成AI辅助阅片量超800万片，通过AI应用，公司相关业务的人力成本于期内显著下降70%。同时，AI应用还提高了诊断的精确度，阳性检出率敏感度提升显著，降低了人工阅片误诊率，缩短了报告出具的时间，在报告解读和临床决策中发挥了重要作用，大幅提升客户体验。
除此之外，在数字化基建方面，公司加速推进实验室管理系统升级，将AI积极应用于内部IT基础建设，在新IT系统中融入AI功能。目前新一代LIMS系统已成功在艾迪康全国 20 家重点子公司上线，并计划于 2025 年在所有子公司全面上线该系统，进一步提升实验室管理效率和数据处理能力，实现检测全流程智能化管控。PIMS系统也实现了从独立报告平台到集成技术平台、质控平台和报告平台三位一体的新病理系统的顺利转型，构建起差异化的竞争壁垒。
