4月23日，中信保诚基金发布高级管理人员变更公告，副总经理刘业伟因个人原因离任，离任日期2025年04月21日。

　　公开资料显示，刘业伟，自2023-12-22至2025年4月21日担任中信保诚基金副总经理，历任中国工商银行股份有限公司个人金融业务部理财业务处副处长，融通基金管理有限公司首席产品官兼总经理助理，北京时间投资管理股份公司总裁，工银瑞信基金管理有限公司上海分公司总经理、营销总监。

　　中信保诚基金管理有限公司成立于2005年9月，是中信集团和保诚集团合资成立的第二家金融公司，也是中国第一批成立的中外合资基金公司。注册资本2亿元，其中中信信托占49%，保诚集团占49%，中新苏州创业投资占2%。公司于2017年12月18日由“信诚基金管理有限公司”更名为“中信保诚基金管理有限公司”。截止2025年一季度，资产规模1，453.9亿元，非货币资产897.38亿元，排名49/163。
