据迅速发展告知，其对本集团的业务前景及增长充满信心。在符合适用的法律及监管要求的情况下，迅速发展不排除会在自本公告披露之日起6个月内的适当时候通过于公开市场上购买额外股份进一步增持本公司股权，总代价不超过500万港元，拟增持价格不高于每股1.00港元。
