HONOLULU, April 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. $(ALEX)$ ("A&B" or "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors approved a second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.225 (twenty-two and 1/2 cents) per share. The dividend is payable on July 9, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 13, 2025.
