智通财经APP获悉，上美股份(02145)涨超10%，高见60.75港元创上市以来新高。截至发稿，涨9.83%，报59.8港元，成交额7763.9万港元。
消息面上，近日，上美股份宣布与上海蛮力、广州乐创、执行董事宋洋及上海青道达成合资合作协议，计划成立合资公司。根据协议，上美股份将出资510万元，占合资公司初始注册资本的51%。此次合作旨在整合各方在化妆品行业的优势资源，共同创建和运营新的化妆品品牌，进一步拓展市场份额，推动业务多元化发展。
上美股份2024年实现营业收入67.93亿元，同比增长62.1%；净利润8.03亿元，同比增长74.0%。其中，主力品牌韩束营收达55.91亿元，同比增长80.9%。另据青眼情报数据，2025年3月，韩束以6亿元GMV连续五个月霸榜抖音美妆类目第一。浙商证券表示，上美是具有多品牌影响力的国货化妆品龙头，主品牌韩束是定位大众的老牌国货，在中国消费者心中具备较强心智基础。公司目前在抖音、快手等渠道都已掌握较强的运营能力，新产品和新渠道增长态势良好，新品牌储备丰富，看好公司长期发展。
