Building materials manufacturer Asian Granito India (NSE:ASIANTILES, BOM:532888) has incorporated a subsidiary in Senegal named AGL Surfaces Sarl, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The new company will deal in the import-export and international trade of all products related to building materials, including tiles, in and around Senegal, West Africa.
Asian Granito India holds a 60% stake in AGL Surfaces.
