智通财经APP讯，绿科科技国际(00195)发布公告，由公司新任联席行政总裁周晖先生以及独立非执行董事拿汀斯里林美玲、金宇亮先生及彭文婷小姐组成的独立委员会于2025年4月23日成立。独立委员会的职责及宗旨是对有关事件的事宜展开独立调查，评估对本公司业务营运及财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救措施。
同日，董事会亦议决批准、确认及追认委任凯晋企业顾问有限公司为独立调查的独立法证调查员。
