消息面上，4月22日，天伦燃气控股有限公司之附属公司河南天伦燃气集团有限公司与亚洲开发银行1.25亿美元银团贷款签约仪式在鹤壁举行。此次天伦燃气获亚开行1.25亿美元贷款，将用于公司旗下5个省份10家子公司的燃气管网更新改造及安全信息平台建设，最大限度减少甲烷泄漏，在保障公共安全的同时，减少温室气体排放。
