云南建投混凝土一季度新签合同8.7亿元 同比增110.6%
4月23日，云南建投混凝土（01847）发布公告，2025年第一季度本集团经营情况显示，截止至2025年3月31日，新签销售合同金额约为8.7亿元，同比增长约110.6%。
其中，混凝土业务新签销售合同金额约为8.3亿元，RPC盖板、预制构件、商品砂浆等新产品预计新签销售合同金额约为0.4亿元。
公告中提到，合同金额1000万元以上的大项目占比约为88.8%，主要包括元谋至大姚（新街）高速公路项目、保山吾悦广场项目（三期1号地块）、华能宾川龙口150兆农光互补光伏发电项目EPC工程光伏方正土建及安装工程等。
需要注意的是，销售合同的实际履行情况依赖于客户项目进度，且并不保证最终确认的销售合同金额会转化为收入。
