瑞典生物技术公司Biotage周二表示，私募巨头KKR已提出全现金收购要约，对公司估值约为116亿瑞典克朗（约合12.2亿美元）。每股145克朗的报价较4月17日收盘价溢价60.1%。该公司在声明中称，董事会已一致建议股东接受要约。目前KKR旗下的Gamma Biosciences是Biotage最大股东，持有17%股份。（1美元=9.5059瑞典克朗）
