智通财经APP讯，易生活控股(00223)公布，于2025年4月15日，公司接获一名申索人针对公司(作为答辩人)提交的法律程序通知书，指称(其中包括)公司违反公司与申索人就一项涉及公司的集资交易所订立的协议项下的多项声明及保证。申索人要求(其中包括)公司赔偿因公司据称违反协议项下的声明及保证而蒙受的损失、复核及调查有关事宜所产生的费用及开支、法律程序的法律费用及开支及其任何利息，以及适当的任何其他补救。法律程序通知书中并未订明申索金额。
交易乃于董事会重组于2025年3月11日股东特别大会结束后生效之前订立。
董事会现阶段未能评估法律程序对集团的潜在影响(如有)，并正就法律程序通知书寻求法律意见以确定其影响。公司保留所有权利，包括在法律程序中提出反申索或寻求任何其他补救的权利。
