津上机床中国预计一季度归母净利润同比增60%至7.82亿元
4月22日，津上机床中国（01651）发布公告，预计截至2025年3月31日的年度，公司归母净利润约7.82亿元，较2024年同期的4.8亿元（经审核）增加约60%。
这一业绩增长主要得益于国内制造业信心逐步恢复，特别是汽车行业、气动液压行业和一般机械加工行业的资本开支增长。同时，公司在汽车零部件、医疗行业等细分领域的渗透也有所增加，进一步推动了对数控高精密机床的需求。
公告指出，公司董事会对业绩的变化幅度在预料之内，因机床行业表现具有周期性起伏。需要注意的是，公告中所载的财务数据基于截至2025年3月31日的未经审核综合管理账目，尚待公司及其核数师的审阅，预计将在2025年6月底前披露全年业绩公告。董事会提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时需谨慎行事。
