South Korea's People Power Party criticized China for building the structures, calling it a breach of the Korea-China Fisheries Agreement. The party demanded a clear explanation and urged China to act responsibly. Lawmakers also blamed opposition leader Lee Jae-myung's pro-China stance for weakening the country's position, the report said.
