4月24日早盘，国中水务以跌停价3.43元/股开盘，开盘后被封死在跌停板上。截至上午10时许，封单金额达5.43亿元。
4月23日，国中水务的股票也是跌停。
股票两跌停，源于国中水务重组终止。
2024年7月，国中水务曾宣布，拟以支付现金方式向上海邕睿收购其持有的诸暨文盛汇股份。诸暨文盛汇是文盛资产参与汇源果汁重整设立的持股平台公司。收购完成后，国中水务将持有诸暨文盛汇注册资本不低于8.16亿元，占标的公司注册资本的比例不低于51%，从而成为标的公司的控股股东及汇源果汁的控股股东。
然而，时隔八个月，国中水务“喝”汇源果汁的计划失败。4月23日，国中水务发布终止重组公告，称交易标的股权仍处于冻结状态，存在限制转让情形。
