智通财经APP讯，亨泰(00197)发布公告，公司接获公司执行董事莫赞生通知，香港高等法院已于2025年4月15日向莫先生发出破产令，并裁定其破产。
根据公司的组织章程细则第105(i)条规定，倘董事破产，或被下达了破产接管令，或中止了支付或与其全体债权人达成了债务和解，则董事须离任。因此，根据细则第105(i)项，莫先生已离任其董事职位，由2025年4月15日起生效。
公司认为破产令仅针对莫先生本人而发出，与公司当前事务无关;及对公司或其任何子公司的业务和/或经营没有任何重大不利影响。
