4月21日，据媒体消息，国泰海通证券（601211.SH）发布内部公告，免去黄燕铭财富管理委员会委员职务。有知情人士表示，黄燕铭已辞去国泰海通相关职务，下一站拟赴东方证券（600958.SH）研究所。

作为第一代分析师，黄燕铭曾提出“花的理论——股价不是树上的花，是人们心里的花”、 “超预期”研究方法、 “证券研究的2+1思维”等研究理论构建，引起业内广泛学习；曾起草“佣金派点制”考评方式，确立了研究所从非营利性服务转型营利性服务的趋势。

自黄燕铭从国泰君安研究所所长转任该公司金融学院院长之后，行业内对于其动向就颇为关注。今年3月，业内就曾有黄燕铭离职消息传出，黄燕铭本人还曾通过微信朋友圈公开辟谣。目前，东方证券对其就任消息暂未有回应。东方证券研究所所长仍由该公司副总裁陈刚担任。

值得一提的是，东方证券近期频繁“吸纳”国君老人，除黄燕铭之外，还包括原国信证券副总裁成飞。
