这些事项包括2023年非控股权益的计算、期初调整及结余的支持文件、商誉减值评估的假设、特定金融资产的预期信贷亏损的计算、以及未提供的重要审计确认函和银行确认函。
此外，公告还提到公司与现任核数师北京兴华鼎丰会计师事务所有限公司就未决事项的审计工作未能达成一致，导致北京兴华同意辞任。自2025年4月17日起，天健国际会计师事务所有限公司被委任为新的核数师，以填补因北京兴华辞任而产生的空缺。公告强调，委任天健国际符合公司及全体股东的整体利益，并承诺将适时更新2024年度业绩的预期刊发日期。
