智通财经APP获悉，新东方-S(09901)绩后涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.53%，报36.7港元，成交额7071.5万港元。
消息面上，4月23日，新东方-S公布截至2025年2月28日止第三季度的未经审核财务业绩 ，净营收同比下降2.0%至11.83亿美元，净营收(不包括东方甄选自营产品及直播电商业务实现的营收)则同比上升21.2%至10.383亿美元。经营利润同比上升9.8%至1.245亿美元，经营利润(不包括东方甄选自营产品及直播电商业务产生的经营亏损)则同比上升5.0%至1.255亿美元。新东方股东应占净利润同比上升0.1%至8730万美元。
在2025财年首九个月，新东方的净营收为36.57亿美元，同比增加15.1%。经营利润为4.369亿美元，同比增加28.5%。新东方股东应占净利润为3.646亿美元，同比增加29.0%。
新东方预计2025财年第四季度(2025年3月1日至2025年5月31日)的净营收(不包括东方甄选自营产品及直播电商业务实现的营收)将为约10.09亿美元至10.366亿美元之间，同比上升率为10%到13%之间。预计2025财年第四季度以人民币计算的收入增长将在12%到15%之间。
