特斯拉被控“调表”逃避质保！马斯克：愚蠢至极
快科技4月22日消息，近日，特斯拉受到一项指控，其罪名竟是“调表”，通过虚标公里数，而逃避保修。
该诉讼由洛杉矶居民尼里·辛顿发起，他声称自己的2020款特斯拉Model Y的里程表读数并非基于实际行驶里程，而是受到能源消耗、驾驶行为以及“预测算法”的影响。
辛顿指出，他的车辆显示每天行驶72英里，而他实际每天最多只行驶20英里。
由于里程表读数虚高，他的车辆保修期提前结束，导致他不得不自掏腰包支付10,000美元的悬挂系统维修费用，而该费用本应由保修覆盖。
诉讼文件还指出，特斯拉将保修限制和租赁里程上限与虚高的“里程表”读数挂钩，从而增加维修收入，减少保修义务，并迫使消费者提前购买延长保修服务。
对此，马斯克也在社交媒体平台X上对这起诉讼进行了尖锐批评，称其“太愚蠢了”。
许多资深电动汽车车主也在社交媒体上指出，该诉讼的指控并不准确。他们强调，特斯拉的里程表从未使用过任何预测算法来计算里程。
此外，维修并非特斯拉的主要利润来源，因为特斯拉的车辆通常具有较长的使用寿命，无需频繁进行维护或更换零部件。
