智通财经APP讯，华营建筑(01582)公布，于2025年4月22日，公司全资附属公司华营建筑有限公司(作为借款人)与一间银行(作为贷款人)订立融资函件，据此，贷款人同意向借款人批出一笔金额最高为3000万港元的贷款，以(其中包括)为现有债务再融资及╱或应付集团的一般营运资金需要。该融资的到期日为接受融资函件日期起计12个月或贷款人全权酌情决定的任何其他日期(以较早者为准)。
